Change Your Password

Update the password for email and password sign-in.

Use password settings when you know your current password and want to replace it with a new one.

This page applies to email-and-password sign-in. If you use Google sign-in, your Google account password is managed by Google, not by Agiled.

Change your password immediately if you suspect it was shared, reused, or stored on a device you no longer trust.

Change Password

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Password.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter the new password.
  5. Confirm the new password.
  6. Save the change.

Choose a password that is unique to Agiled. Do not reuse passwords from email, banking, hosting, or other business systems.

After saving, keep using the new password on every browser and device. If another device asks you to sign in again, use the new password.

If you share a workstation, sign out of old browser sessions after changing the password so the next user cannot continue from your open session.

After Changing Password

After a password change:

  • update your password manager
  • sign in again on other trusted devices
  • remove old saved passwords from browsers
  • tell a workspace owner if the change was due to suspected compromise
  • review connected apps and API keys if account security may be affected

Review Active Access

If you changed the password because of a security concern, treat the password change as the first step. Review recent account activity where available, confirm your recovery email is secure, and ask an owner to check workspace roles or suspicious invitations.

If you use API keys, mailbox connections, or integrations under your account, review whether those credentials should be rotated separately. Password changes do not automatically replace every external credential connected to workspace workflows.

Password Quality

Use a password manager and choose a long unique password. Avoid customer names, workspace names, reused passwords, or small variations of old passwords.

If the new password is rejected, check the password rules shown on the screen and confirm the confirmation field matches exactly.

After changing the password, update saved passwords in your browser or password manager. Old saved credentials can make it look like sign-in is still broken.

If your password manager offers password history, keep the new Agiled password clearly labeled so you do not accidentally paste an old one into the login page.

If You Cannot Sign In

Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page instead of this settings page. The settings page is for users who are already signed in.

If you suspect someone else knows your password, change it immediately and ask a workspace owner to review account access, active sessions, and recent activity.

If your account also uses Google sign-in, review the Google account security settings separately. Changing an Agiled password does not change your Google password.

After a suspected compromise, also review connected apps, API keys, mailbox connections, and recent account activity with a workspace owner.

Troubleshooting

If the current password is rejected, use the reset flow from the sign-in page.

If a browser keeps filling the old password, update or remove the saved password in your password manager.

If Google sign-in still works after changing the Agiled password, that is expected. Google authentication uses your Google account security, not the Agiled password.
