Reset Password

Request a reset link and set a new password.

Use password reset when you cannot sign in with your current password.

Password reset works for email-and-password accounts. If you sign in with Google, reset the password from your Google account instead.

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Select Forgot password?.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Select Send reset link.
  5. Check your inbox.

If an account exists for that email address, Agiled sends a reset link. The reset link expires after 1 hour.

For privacy, the reset request may not reveal whether the email exists. Check the inbox for the exact email address you entered.

Request the link from the normal Agiled sign-in page for your workspace. If you were using a bookmarked invitation or old reset email, return to the login page before starting again.

Use the same email address that appears on your workspace member record. If your company uses aliases, forwarding addresses, or old domains, ask an owner to confirm the exact sign-in email before requesting multiple links.

Set a New Password

  1. Open the reset link from the email.
  2. Enter the new password.
  3. Confirm the new password.
  4. Review the password strength indicator.
  5. Select Reset password.
  6. Return to login and sign in with the new password.

Use a password manager when possible. Choose a new password that you have not used for another account, especially if you are resetting because you suspect someone else may know the old password.

After setting the password, close old reset tabs. Reusing an older reset page after a successful reset can create confusion because the token may no longer be valid.

If the reset page says the link is invalid or expired, request a new password reset link.

Use the newest reset email if you requested more than one. Check spam, promotions, and company quarantine before asking an admin to verify the account email.

Do not forward reset links to another person. If someone else needs access, ask an owner to invite that person to the workspace with their own account.

Open reset links in the same browser session where you plan to finish the reset. Security tools, link scanners, and old tabs can sometimes make it unclear which reset email is current, so use the newest message and close the older ones.

After Resetting

Sign in from the normal login page and confirm the expected workspace appears in the workspace switcher. If you still cannot access a workspace, the password was reset successfully but the issue may be invitation, role, module, or workspace membership access.

If you reset because of suspected compromise, change reused passwords elsewhere and ask a workspace owner to review active members, invitations, and connected apps.

If the expected workspace is still missing after a successful reset, ask an owner to verify the exact email on your member record. Password reset fixes authentication, not workspace membership.

If you reset after a suspected account issue, ask an owner to review recent member changes, connected apps, API keys, and mailbox or calendar connections. Changing the password protects sign-in, but connected provider accounts may need their own review.

What Not To Share

Never send your password, reset link, or one-time code to a teammate or support contact. Share only the email address used, approximate reset time, and any error message shown on the page.

Support Checklist

When asking an admin or support contact for help, include:

  • the email address used for sign-in
  • the approximate time the reset was requested
  • whether the reset email arrived
  • whether the link was expired, invalid, or accepted
  • whether sign-in worked after the reset
  • whether the expected workspace appeared after sign-in
