Agiled Docs

Agiled Docs

Product documentation for running your business in Agiled.

Agiled helps teams manage clients, sales, projects, time, scheduling, documents, finance, HR, automations, and connected apps from one workspace.

Use these docs to learn how each part of Agiled works, how records connect to each other, and how to set up the workflows your team uses every day.

Start with the area where your work begins, then follow related docs for the records it creates. For example, a public form may create a contact, trigger a workflow, attach files, and appear in reports.

How To Use These Docs

Use overview pages to understand a module, task pages to complete a specific workflow, and guide pages when several modules work together. When a page mentions settings, review permissions and enabled modules before assuming a feature is unavailable.

For a new workspace, start with getting started, settings, CRM, finance, and the guide that matches your business type. Then add scheduling, documents, workflows, integrations, HRM, or commerce as those processes become active.

For an existing workspace, start from the module where the problem appears and follow related docs to the source record. For example, a checkout issue may live in products, commerce, payments, finance templates, public links, or workflows.

If Something Looks Different

Your workspace may differ because of role permissions, enabled modules, plan limits, custom domains, connected apps, or personal appearance settings. Check those first when a page, button, or widget is missing.
