Billing

Review plan, subscription, usage, and billing portal access.

Billing settings show the workspace plan, subscription state, billing portal, and usage limits.

Review Current Plan

Open Settings → Billing to see the workspace's current plan, billing model, payment method status, and available plan options.

The billing page can show:

  • current plan name and price;
  • whether the workspace is on monthly, annual, or lifetime billing;
  • payment method summary, such as card type and last four digits;
  • usage limits for seats, storage, AI credits, workflows, projects, invoices, email accounts, calendar connections, and other plan-controlled features;
  • recent invoices with PDF download links when available;
  • add-ons that are included, active, available, or unavailable.

Usage Limits

Plan limits can affect features such as documents, files, calendar connections, and other module usage. If a feature stops accepting new records, check billing usage before troubleshooting the module itself.

Usage rows show the current amount and the plan limit. When a limit is unlimited, Agiled shows that instead of a fixed cap. If usage is close to the limit, decide whether to clean up unused records, add an add-on, or upgrade the workspace before users hit the cap.

Common limits to review:

  • Seats before inviting more team members.
  • AI credits before running AI workers or AI-heavy workflows.
  • Storage before uploading large files.
  • Workflows and workflow runs before automating more processes.
  • Email accounts before connecting more mailboxes.
  • Calendar connections before connecting more scheduling calendars.
  • Projects and invoices before expanding operational usage.

Change Billing Interval

Use the Monthly / Annual switch to compare available plan prices. Selecting an interval does not change billing by itself; it controls which checkout option is used when you select a plan or add-on.

Upgrade Or Change Plan

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose monthly or annual billing.
  3. Review the plan cards.
  4. Select the plan you want.
  5. Complete checkout.
  6. Return to Agiled and confirm the current plan changed.

The current plan is marked on the page and cannot be selected again. If a plan or interval is not configured, Agiled marks it as unavailable.

Lifetime workspaces cannot start checkout from the normal plan cards.

Add Billing Add-ons

The billing page can show add-ons such as extra team seats or a branded client portal add-on. Add-ons show whether they are included, active, available, or require a plan upgrade first.

To add an available add-on:

  1. Choose the billing interval.
  2. Review the add-on card and included features.
  3. Select Add or Add seat.
  4. Complete checkout.

For extra team seats, Agiled calculates the needed quantity from current member usage and the current seat limit.

Manage Payment Method And Subscription

Use the billing portal for subscription and payment-method changes when available. Owners should review plan limits before downgrading.

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Select Manage when the billing portal button is visible.
  3. Update payment method, invoice details, or subscription settings in the portal.
  4. Return to Agiled after saving changes.

The portal opens only when the organization has a Stripe customer connection. If the button is not visible, the workspace may not have a portal-enabled billing record yet.

Download Billing Invoices

If invoice history is available, use the PDF action in the billing invoice list to download receipts for accounting. If an invoice has no PDF link, check the billing portal or contact the workspace owner who manages billing.

Before Downgrading

Before moving to a lower plan:

  • review team seats and remove unused members if needed;
  • check storage usage and archive files outside Agiled if needed;
  • review workflows and workflow run volume;
  • check connected email accounts and calendars;
  • confirm invoice, project, and AI usage will fit inside the new plan;
  • communicate feature changes to affected team members.

Downgrading without reviewing limits can block new records or prevent users from adding more connected accounts.
