Agiled Docs
Account and Login

Sign In and Passwords

Sign in, verify email, and reset your password.

Use the sign-in page when you need to access Agiled with an existing account.

Confirm you are using the same email address that owns the workspace membership or invitation. Many access issues come from using a personal email when the workspace invited a work email, or the reverse.

If you belong to more than one organization, sign in first, then verify the active workspace before changing data, sending documents, or updating settings.

Sign In with Email and Password

  1. Open the Agiled login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Choose whether to enable Remember me.
  5. Select Log in.

After a successful login, Agiled sends you to the correct app entry point for your account. If your email still needs verification, you may be sent to email verification first.

Use Remember me only on a trusted device. On shared machines, leave it off and sign out when your work is finished.

Forgot Password

Use Forgot password? if you cannot sign in with your password. Agiled sends a reset link to the email address when an account exists for it.

If the reset email does not arrive, check that you entered the same email used for Agiled, then check spam, promotions, and company mail quarantine.

Use the newest reset email only. If you request several reset links, older links may no longer work.

Access Denied

If Agiled says the account does not have access to the workspace, sign in with a different account or ask a workspace admin to invite the email address you are using.

If you accepted an invitation with the wrong email, sign out and ask the admin to resend the invite to the email address you intend to use.

Email, Provider, And Workspace Checks

When sign-in works but workspace access does not, separate authentication from membership:

  • authentication proves you own the email or provider account
  • workspace membership gives that account access to an organization
  • role permissions decide which records and settings you can use

Ask an owner to check the member list, invitation status, and role for the exact email address you used to sign in. Similar personal and work addresses are a common cause of access confusion.

Remember Me

Use Remember me only on devices you trust. On shared or public computers, leave it off and sign out when finished.

After Sign-In

If you land in the wrong workspace, open Organizations and switch to the correct workspace. If the workspace is missing, ask an owner to confirm the member email and invitation status.

Before high-impact work, confirm the active workspace in the switcher and URL. This is especially important before importing records, sending invoices, connecting integrations, changing settings, or creating API keys.

Troubleshooting

If login succeeds but the app looks empty, confirm the active organization and enabled modules.

If the password keeps failing, reset it instead of repeatedly retrying. Too many failed attempts can slow down access recovery.

If Google sign-in opens a different account, sign out of Google in the browser or use a separate browser profile.

If the app signs in successfully but a direct link shows an access error, open Organizations first. The link may belong to another workspace or an account that has not accepted the invitation yet.

Support Checklist

Before contacting support, collect the sign-in email, sign-in method, workspace name, approximate time of the attempt, and the exact message shown on screen. Do not send your password.

If the issue affects one workspace only, ask a workspace owner to verify your membership before resetting your password. A password reset cannot add you to a workspace where your email is not a member.
