Use My Payslips
Review gross pay, deductions, net pay, and download payslips from employee self-service.
My Payslips gives employees a self-service place to review payroll summaries and download payslip records for each pay period.
Employees can use this page without asking HR for every historical payslip, as long as payroll has been run and published.
Payslips are sensitive records. Review them from a private device or trusted workspace, especially when downloading files.
Open My Payslips
- Open HRM.
- Go to Me.
- Select Payslips from the self-service menu.
- Review the available pay periods.
Each payslip row shows the pay period, gross pay, deductions, net pay, and a download action.
If numbers look wrong, do not edit payroll from self-service. Ask HR or payroll to review the source payroll run.
Use the pay period shown on the payslip when asking HR for help. Payroll teams need the exact period to find the source run quickly.
Compare gross pay, deductions, and net pay before downloading or sharing the file. If one value looks wrong, report it before relying on the payslip.
Download a Payslip
- Find the pay period you need.
- Confirm the gross pay, deductions, and net pay look correct.
- Select Download.
- Store the downloaded file where your organization expects payroll records to be kept.
Downloaded payslips may contain sensitive personal and compensation data. Store them securely and avoid sharing them in unsecured chat or email.
If you need to send a payslip externally, follow your organization's HR or finance policy. The downloaded file is outside Agiled's workspace permissions.
Use a descriptive filename when storing downloaded payslips, such as the pay period and employee name if your policy allows it. This makes personal record keeping easier without opening every file.
Review Before Sharing
Before using a downloaded payslip for a bank, landlord, tax advisor, or other outside party, confirm the pay period, employee name, gross pay, deductions, net pay, and company details are correct. Ask HR to correct source payroll data before sharing a file that looks wrong.
If an outside party asks for proof of employment or income, confirm whether the payslip alone is enough. HR may need to provide a separate employment letter or company-stamped document.
If a Payslip Is Missing
A missing payslip usually means payroll has not been run for that period, the payslip has not been published, HRM is not enabled for the workspace, or your employee record is not linked to your user account.
Ask a workspace admin or HR manager to check the payroll run and your employee record before creating duplicate payroll records.
If your user account was recently invited, confirm HR linked the employee record to the same email address you use to sign in.
If only the newest payslip is missing, payroll may not be published yet. If all payslips are missing, check employee-user linking and HRM access first.
Before Contacting HR
Check the pay period, whether other payslips are visible, and whether your employee profile is linked to your user account. Include that context when asking HR to investigate.
Do not send screenshots of sensitive payroll details unless HR asks for them. The pay period and a short description are usually enough to start the review.
