Use My Attendance
Check in, check out, and review your attendance entries.
My Attendance lets employees record and review their own attendance.
Use it from the same workspace where your employee record is managed. Attendance recorded in the wrong workspace will not help the manager reviewing your HRM records.
Open My Attendance
Open HRM > Me > Attendance. The page shows a check-in or check-out action at the top and a list of recent attendance entries below.
Check In
- Open HRM > Me > Attendance.
- Select Check in.
- Confirm a new entry appears for today's date.
Check in from the workspace where you normally record HRM activity. If you have access to multiple workspaces, confirm the workspace switcher before recording attendance.
Check Out
When your workday is complete, return to My Attendance and select Check out.
After checkout, the entry shows both check-in and check-out time. If the day is already complete, the page shows a completed-day message instead of another action.
Do not check out early and then create a second manual workaround later. If your workday changes, follow your company's correction process so HR has one clear record to review.
Review Entries
The attendance list shows date, check-in time, and check-out time. If a record is wrong, use the correction flow where available or contact an HRM admin.
Review entries before the pay period closes. Missing checkout times, accidental double entries, and wrong-day entries are easier to correct while the workday is fresh.
If you took leave or worked a partial day, compare attendance with the related leave request or manager instructions before the period closes.
Missed Check-In Or Check-Out
If you forget to check in or out, do not create a workaround entry just to fill the gap. Submit a correction request or contact HR with the date, expected time, and reason.
Give enough context for review, such as whether you worked remotely, took leave, had a schedule change, or lost access to the app. HR should be able to correct the source attendance record without guessing.
Good Practice
- Check in when work starts, not later from memory.
- Check out when the workday ends.
- Review recent entries before submitting timesheets or leave requests.
- Report missed check-ins quickly so HR can correct attendance while context is fresh.
End-of-Week Review
Before the week or pay period closes:
- check every workday has the expected entry
- confirm checkout times are present
- submit correction requests for missing or wrong records
- compare leave days with attendance entries
- tell a manager if the same issue repeats
Do not wait until payroll review to report missing attendance.
If your company uses attendance for payroll, late corrections can delay payroll review. Submit corrections as soon as the issue is noticed.
Privacy And Device Notes
Use a trusted device when recording attendance. If you share a computer, confirm you are signed into your own account before checking in or out.
Do not ask a teammate to check in for you. Attendance should represent your own work record and should be corrected through the approved HR process when something goes wrong.
When Attendance Looks Wrong
If the page says the day is complete but the time is wrong, do not create a second workaround entry. Submit a correction or contact HR with the date, expected check-in/check-out time, and reason. If you cannot see My Attendance, confirm you are in the correct workspace and ask an admin to check HRM access.
