Edit And Review Booking Pages

Update public booking page details, event types, appearance, SEO, embed codes, and active state.

The booking page editor controls the public page where visitors choose an event type and start booking. Use it to update page content, slug, event types, appearance, SEO, embed code, redirect behavior, and active state.

Open Scheduling > Booking Pages, then edit a booking page.

Update Details

The Details tab includes title, slug, description, welcome message, thank-you message, and redirect URL.

Check these fields before sharing a public link:

  • Title tells visitors what they are booking.
  • Slug controls the /book/... URL.
  • Description explains who the booking page is for.
  • Welcome message sets expectations before event selection.
  • Thank-you message appears after booking when no redirect is configured.
  • Redirect URL sends visitors to another page after booking.

If the slug changes, update links on your website, email templates, ads, and any embedded booking widgets.

Choose Event Types

The Event types tab controls which event types appear on the page. Select only the event types that make sense together.

Avoid mixing unrelated booking options on one page. If visitors need very different context, create separate booking pages for sales calls, onboarding, support, interviews, or paid sessions.

Update Appearance And Active State

Use Appearance to set logo, theme color, and active state. Keep the page active only when the selected event types are ready for public booking.

Before activating a booking page, confirm every selected event type has valid availability, location, reminders, and required questions.

Review SEO

Use SEO title and SEO description when the booking page may be indexed, shared, or previewed in social tools. The search preview helps you check how the page may appear externally.

For private booking links, SEO is less important than clear page copy and a stable slug.

In edit mode, the Embed tab can show the public link, iframe embed code, popup code, and Embed Studio. Use these when placing the booking flow on a website or landing page.

After embedding, test the real page:

  1. Open the public page.
  2. Select an event type.
  3. Choose a time.
  4. Submit a test booking.
  5. Confirm the appointment appears in Agiled.
  6. Confirm calendar and reminder behavior.
