Share and Embed Booking Pages
Copy booking links, open public pages, and embed booking flows.
After a booking page is saved, share the public link or embed the flow on a website.
Share only after testing the booking page as a customer. Booking links are public workflow entry points, not just navigation links.
Share a Booking Link
- Open Scheduling > Booking Pages.
- Open the booking page actions.
- Copy or open the public booking page.
- Share the link by email, chat, website buttons, or campaigns.
Use the full public link when sending it to customers. If you edit the slug later, update any links you already shared.
Copy the current link from Agiled before each campaign or website update. Old links in email signatures, ads, and proposal templates can continue circulating.
When a page is for a specific audience or campaign, include that context in the message around the link. Customers should know which type of appointment they are booking before they open the page.
If a link is used in a proposal, invoice, onboarding document, or support reply, record where it was placed. When the booking page changes later, those external locations need to be updated too.
Embed a Booking Page
- Open the booking page editor.
- Go to the embed section.
- Choose the embed style that matches your website.
- Copy the generated code.
- Add the code to the website page where booking should appear.
The embed options are useful for inline booking sections, popup booking buttons, or campaign landing pages.
Keep the embed container wide enough for event type selection, calendar views, time slots, questions, and payment steps when enabled.
Test embeds on mobile and desktop. A narrow website container can make time-slot selection, custom questions, or payment steps harder to use even when the direct booking link works.
Keep a direct booking link available near embedded flows when possible. It gives customers a recovery path if their browser blocks embedded content.
Website Handoff Checklist
When someone else manages the website, give them:
- the current embed code
- the direct booking link for testing
- the expected page URL where the embed should appear
- mobile and desktop testing expectations
- instructions to update the embed if the booking page slug changes
Ask them to confirm after publishing so you can run a full booking test.
Test Before Publishing
Open the public page after sharing or embedding. Confirm the page loads, event types appear, available times show, and the confirmation step works.
Also confirm timezone, location, custom questions, required fields, confirmation email, connected calendar event, and payment handoff if the event type requires payment.
After a test booking, open the appointment in Agiled and the connected calendar. Confirm both records show the same time, attendee, location, and event type.
If the booking page collects payment or custom questions, verify those answers and payment status on the appointment before sending traffic to the page.
Link Or Embed Issues
If the direct booking link works but the website embed does not, review the website embed code, page cache, script blockers, popup behavior, and mobile layout. If neither works, review booking page status, event type status, user availability, buffers, and connected calendars.
If an embed is inside a popup, test the full popup flow. Confirm keyboard focus, scrolling, date selection, custom questions, checkout redirects, and confirmation state all work inside the website container.
