Create an Account
Register a new Agiled user account.
Use account creation when you are new to Agiled or when a desktop handoff asks you to create an account in the browser.
Create an Account with Email
- Open the Agiled registration page.
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter a password.
- Confirm the password.
- Review the password strength indicator.
- Select Create account.
Agiled checks that both password fields match and that the password is strong enough before submitting the form.
Use the email address you want tied to your workspace invitations, notifications, and account recovery. If your company invited you, use the same email address that received the invitation.
If you are not sure whether you were invited, search your inbox for the invitation before creating a new account. Creating an account with another email can put you into onboarding instead of the workspace your team expects.
Use your work email when joining a company workspace. Personal email accounts can make account recovery, workspace membership, and offboarding harder for the team.
Create an Account with Google
Select Continue with Google on the registration page. Choose the Google account you want to use, then return to Agiled after the authorization flow.
Google sign-up creates or connects an Agiled account for the selected Google email. If you have multiple Google accounts in the browser, confirm the account picker before continuing.
If Google opens the wrong account automatically, sign out of that Google session or use a private window, then try again with the intended work email.
After Account Creation
After signup, Agiled sends you to the correct entry point for your account. This may be onboarding, email verification, dashboard, or a desktop connection handoff depending on how signup started.
If you expected to join an existing workspace but land in onboarding, you may have used a different email address than the invitation. Sign out and check the invite email before creating a second workspace.
Do not create a new organization just to get past this screen when you expected to join a team. Confirm the invitation email and ask the workspace owner to resend the invite if needed.
First Session Checks
After creating the account, confirm:
- email verification state
- active organization
- invited workspace membership
- sign-in method used
- whether onboarding is expected
If anything looks unexpected, stop before creating customer records or a new workspace.
If you landed in a new empty workspace by mistake, do not start setup there. Sign out, check the invitation email, and ask the workspace owner to resend the invite to the account email you intend to use.
Common Signup Problems
- Password rejected: choose a stronger password and confirm both fields match.
- Email already exists: sign in or reset your password instead of creating a duplicate account.
- Google picked the wrong account: sign out of Agiled, choose the correct Google account, and try again.
- Invite not found: confirm the invite was sent to the same email you used to sign up.
If signup succeeds but the workspace is missing, ask an owner to check the exact email address on the invitation or member list.

When asking for account help, provide the email used, signup method, whether email verification completed, expected workspace name, and whether you started from an invite, desktop handoff, or normal registration page.
