Accept an Invitation
Join a workspace from an invitation link.
Invitation links let you join an existing Agiled workspace.
Use the invitation with the same email address the admin invited. Invitations are tied to an email address so workspace access is granted to the intended account.
Accept While Signed In
- Open the invitation link.
- Confirm the signed-in email shown on the page.
- Select Accept invitation.
- Agiled adds you to the workspace and redirects you to the workspace entry point.
If the signed-in email is not the invited email, sign out before accepting. This prevents joining with the wrong account or creating duplicate access that the workspace admin must clean up later.
Accept as a New User
- Open the invitation link.
- Enter your full name.
- Review the invited email address.
- Create and confirm a password.
- Select Create account & join.
The invited email is read-only because the invitation is tied to that address.
After joining, confirm the workspace name, modules, and role match what the admin expected. If the workspace is missing from your organizations list, refresh or sign out and back in.
If you already have an Agiled account with a different email, ask the admin which email should own workspace access before accepting. Joining with the wrong identity can split work history and permissions.
Invalid or Unavailable Invitation
If the invitation is invalid, expired, or no longer pending, ask the workspace admin to send a new invitation.
If you accepted while signed into the wrong account, sign out and ask the admin to review the member list before sending another invite.
If You See A New Empty Workspace
If accepting an invitation sends you to a new or empty workspace, stop before creating data. Check the signed-in email, workspace switcher, and invitation email. You may have signed in with an account that is not the invited member.
Ask the admin to confirm whether your invitation is still pending, already accepted, or accepted by a different email address.
Clean Up A Wrong Acceptance
If a teammate accepted with the wrong account, do not keep assigning records to that user while the access issue is unresolved. Ask an admin to:
- Confirm which email address should own the workspace membership.
- Remove or deactivate the unintended member if it should not keep access.
- Send a new invitation to the correct email address.
- Ask the teammate to accept while signed out or signed into the correct account.
This prevents tasks, invoices, comments, and notifications from being split between two identities.
After Joining
Open the workspace switcher and confirm the workspace is listed. Then check the modules you were invited to use. If a page is missing, ask the admin to review your role, direct permissions, and whether the module is enabled.
Before starting work, open one page you expect to use, such as CRM, Finance, Projects, or Files. If it is missing, fix access first instead of asking another teammate to create records for you.
Admin Follow-Up
After a teammate accepts, the admin should confirm the member appears in access control, has the intended role, and can open the modules required for their work. Fix access before assigning records or inviting the rest of the team.
For role-based onboarding, send one invitation, verify the accepted user can open the right modules, and then invite the rest of the team with the same role or permission pattern.
