Verify Email
Verify your email with the six-digit code sent by Agiled.
Some accounts must verify email before they can continue into the workspace.
Verification confirms that you can receive email at the address attached to your Agiled account. It also helps prevent invitations and workspace access from being attached to the wrong inbox.
Complete verification with the same email address you plan to use for daily work. Verification, invitations, notifications, and password recovery all depend on that address.
When Verification Appears
Agiled may ask for verification during signup, after accepting an invitation, or when account security requires a fresh confirmation. Complete verification before creating workspace data so the account can be connected to the correct email.
Verify Your Email
- Sign in to Agiled.
- Open the Verify your email page if Agiled does not send you there automatically.
- Check the inbox for the email address shown on the page.
- Enter the six-digit code.
- Select Verify email.
After the code is accepted, Agiled redirects you to the correct app entry point.
Resend the Code
If the code does not arrive, select Resend code. Agiled sends a new code to the email shown on the verification page.
Use the newest code. If you request multiple codes, older emails may no longer work.
Wait a short moment before requesting another code. Multiple requests can make it hard to identify the newest message in a crowded inbox.
Check the Right Inbox
Use the email address shown on the verification page. If you are checking a different inbox, sign out and sign in with the intended account before requesting more codes.
Company Mail Filters
If the code never arrives, check spam, promotions, quarantine, and company mail security tools. Some organizations delay new sender emails or hide them from the normal inbox. Ask the mail admin to search for the verification email before creating a second Agiled account.
When verification is tied to a workspace invitation, keep the invited email and verified email aligned. Verifying a different inbox will not grant access to the original invitation.
If You Are Signed Into the Wrong Account
Select Sign out from the verification page, then sign in with the correct email address.
If you joined by invitation, compare the email on the verification page with the email on the invitation. They must match.
If they do not match, sign out before requesting more codes. Ask an admin to resend the invitation to the correct address if needed.
Code Problems
If verification fails:
- Confirm the code is copied exactly.
- Check that the code belongs to the email address shown on the page.
- Search spam, promotions, and company quarantine.
- Request a new code and use the latest email.
- Ask an admin to confirm the invitation or member email if you joined by invite.
After Verification
After the code is accepted, confirm you land in the correct organization. If the workspace is missing, return to the invitation email or ask an admin to resend the invite to the verified address.
If you belong to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher after verification and confirm you are in the organization you expected.
Security
Never forward verification codes to someone else. Workspace admins can invite or remove members without needing your code.
If someone asks for your code, stop and contact a workspace owner through a trusted channel. Codes prove access to your inbox and should not be shared in chat, tickets, email, or screenshots.
