Complete Onboarding
Use guided onboarding to prepare your workspace.
Guided onboarding prepares the workspace around your business. It can save profile details, check your workspace URL, discover business context from a website, suggest modules, create starter assets, import data, invite teammates, and finish setup.
Onboarding Steps
The guided flow can include:
- Profile and organization details
- Workspace URL check
- Website discovery
- Business questions
- Module selection
- Starter forms, templates, products, workflows, and scheduling assets
- Data import
- Team invitations
- Plan selection
The exact steps can change based on your business profile and selected modules. Solo workspaces skip the team invitation step.
Profile and Workspace URL
Enter your name, company name, industry, team size, and workspace URL. Agiled checks whether the workspace URL is available before continuing.
Choose a workspace URL that is short, recognizable, and easy for your team to identify.
Use a stable company or team name rather than a temporary campaign name. The workspace URL can appear in internal navigation, public links, invitations, and support conversations, so it should be easy to recognize.
Website Discovery
If you provide a website, Agiled can analyze it and use the result to suggest workspace setup details. You can skip website discovery and enter the business context yourself.
Review any generated or suggested setup before finishing. Website discovery can speed up setup, but the workspace owner should still confirm the business description, modules, templates, products, forms, and workflows match the real business.
Business Questions
Answer the business questions so Agiled can tailor the setup. These answers help shape module suggestions and starter assets.
If you are setting up a workspace for a team, answer for the business process the team will actually use, not only for your personal role. This makes starter assets and module choices more useful for the first invited users.
Review Starter Assets
When onboarding creates starter assets, open them before sharing the workspace:
- forms should collect the right customer information
- templates should not contain placeholder copy
- products and services should have correct names and pricing
- scheduling pages should have the right host, availability, and questions
- workflows and AI Workers should be tested with low-risk records before being trusted with customer-facing actions
Finish Setup
At the end of onboarding, Agiled saves your profile, organization, usage, sidebar/module choices, team invitations, and billing selection. After setup, you are sent to the workspace dashboard.
Validate Before Inviting The Team
Before inviting everyone, inspect the workspace as the owner. Open the main module you plan to use first, check starter assets, confirm the workspace URL, and remove test-only modules or sample records that could confuse new users.
If onboarding created AI Workers, workflows, forms, scheduling pages, or templates, test them with low-risk records before they can affect customers. Starter assets should be treated as drafts until the owner has reviewed them.
After Onboarding
Use the first dashboard visit as a setup review:
- Confirm the sidebar shows the modules you selected.
- Open Settings > General and confirm business details.
- Open Settings > Modules and remove anything enabled only for testing.
- Review starter records, templates, forms, products, and workflows.
- Invite teammates after the workspace structure looks correct.
- Create one real record in the main module your team will use first.
If the wrong workspace URL, modules, or starter assets were saved, fix them before inviting the full team. Early cleanup is easier than explaining a messy workspace later.
