Change Password
Update your password from account settings.
Use password settings when you know your current password and want to change it.
Change the password from a trusted device and network. If you are using a shared computer, sign out after the change and do not save the new password in the browser.
Change Password vs Reset Password
Use Change Password when you are already signed in and know the current password.
Use Reset Password when you cannot sign in, forgot the current password, or received an expired session message.
Change Your Password
- Open Settings.
- Go to Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter the new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Select Update password.
Agiled requires the new password and confirmation to match. The new password must be at least 8 characters.
After the change succeeds, Agiled clears the password fields and shows a success message.
Update any password manager entry immediately after the change. Then sign out and back in from one browser or device if you want to confirm the new password works before ending the session.
If you use Agiled on desktop or mobile, refresh or sign in again there after the change so saved sessions and password-manager entries stay current.
If the Change Fails
Check that the current password is correct and both new password fields match. If you do not know the current password, use password reset instead.
If your account signs in through Google or another identity provider, password changes may need to happen in that provider instead of Agiled.
If you recently reset your password, use the newest password as the current password. Old reset links or saved browser passwords can make it look like the change failed when the wrong current password was entered.
If repeated attempts fail, stop retrying and use the reset flow. Repeated failed attempts usually mean the saved current password is wrong or the account uses a different sign-in method.
Sign-In Method Check
Some accounts use password sign-in, while others mainly use Google or another identity provider. If you normally select a provider button to sign in, changing an Agiled password may not change that provider password.
If you are unsure, sign out in one browser window and confirm which method you use before changing credentials across your devices.
Password Requirements And Tips
- Enter the current password exactly as used for sign-in.
- Use at least 8 characters.
- Make the new password different from passwords used in other systems.
- Store the password in a password manager.
- Do not share passwords through email, chat, tickets, or internal notes.
Security Follow-up
If you changed the password because someone else may know it:
- Sign out of other sessions where possible.
- Review connected OAuth apps.
- Review organization members and invitations if workspace access looks suspicious.
- Tell a workspace owner if you see unexpected account activity.
Also ask an owner to review API keys, connected apps, and mailbox connections if you suspect workspace access was exposed.
After Changing Devices
If you changed the password because a laptop or phone was lost, remove saved browser sessions where possible, update the password manager, and ask a workspace owner to review recent account activity. If the lost device had access to email, also secure the email account because password resets depend on it.
