Download Estimate Signature Certificates
Use the public certificate route after estimate signatures are completed.
Estimate signature certificates provide proof that the required estimate signatures were completed.
Use the certificate when your team or customer needs a downloadable record of who signed and when.
When A Certificate Is Available
A certificate is available only when the estimate has the certificate token and the signing process has reached the required completion state.
Recipients may see a certificate download action after all required signers have signed. Internal users can also review the estimate record and confirm the signature completion state before sharing the certificate.
Download The Certificate
- Open the completed public signing page or estimate link.
- Confirm all required signatures are complete.
- Select Certificate or the certificate download action.
- Save the downloaded certificate with the related estimate or customer record if your process requires it.
The certificate route returns the generated certificate file directly. If the download does not start, test the link in a private browser window and confirm the estimate signing status internally.
Review Certificate Details
Before relying on a certificate, confirm:
- estimate number;
- signer names and emails;
- signing completion state;
- signing dates or timestamps where shown;
- customer or company name;
- certificate file opens correctly.
For legal or compliance use, follow your internal document retention policy.
Troubleshooting
If the certificate is unavailable, confirm all required signers completed the signature process and that the recipient is using the latest link.
If the certificate opens but looks outdated, review whether the estimate was edited, duplicated, or resent after the first signing session.
