Public Branding and Domains

Check branding, workspace identity, and custom domains before sharing public pages.

Public pages represent your business outside the workspace. Review branding and domain settings before sending links to customers.

Public forms, booking pages, invoices, estimates, documents, checkout links, and storefronts may all be seen without a workspace login. Treat them like live customer pages.

Branding Checklist

Before sharing public links, confirm:

  • Business name.
  • Logo.
  • Brand color.
  • Customer-facing email templates.
  • Finance template branding.
  • Public page copy.

Check both internal settings and the final public page. A logo or color can look correct in Settings but still need review on a narrow mobile screen, invoice PDF, embedded form, or checkout page.

Review the public page as a customer would. Check the first screen, page title, button labels, email sender, attached PDF, and any follow-up page after the customer completes the action. Branding is not finished until the full customer path looks consistent.

Custom Domains

If the workspace uses a custom domain, confirm DNS verification before sharing customer links. Unverified domains can make links fail or show the wrong host.

Confirm the branded domain appears on the specific public page you plan to share. A copied old link may still use the workspace subdomain.

After changing a domain, update links in website pages, email templates, proposals, saved documents, campaigns, and onboarding material. Customers may continue using old links if they remain published elsewhere.

Test the exact final host, not just any working Agiled link. A booking page, form, invoice, or storefront can work on the default workspace URL while an old campaign email still points to an outdated domain.

After Changing A Domain

After a domain change, review every published place where customers may click a link:

  • website buttons and landing pages
  • email templates and campaigns
  • invoice and estimate emails
  • document templates
  • booking links in signatures
  • checkout links in ads or social posts

Replace old links before announcing the new domain. Keep a short redirect or support note if customers may still have old emails.

Open links from a normal browser window and from a private window when possible. This helps confirm customers do not need workspace access to complete the flow.

Test the final action too: submit the form, book the appointment, approve the estimate, sign the document, pay the invoice, or place a checkout order.

If the public action creates a record, check the record inside Agiled after the test. Branding and domain checks are not complete until the customer action also works.

When something fails, capture the exact URL, browser, timestamp, public page type, and resulting record or error. This makes it clear whether the issue is domain routing, public-page permissions, payment/signing setup, or record creation.

Mobile Review

Open public pages on a narrow screen before sharing high-traffic links. Check logo size, button labels, forms, payment controls, calendar slots, PDFs, and embedded pages. Branding problems often appear first on mobile.

Launch Checklist

Before announcing a branded domain or campaign link, test the full path from the same place customers will click it. Use the final website button, email, ad, signature, QR code, or social profile link instead of typing the URL manually.

After launch, monitor the first few submissions, bookings, payments, signatures, or orders created from the public page. A branded page is ready only when the public action creates the correct internal record and routes follow-up to the right owner.
