Import Projects and Tasks from monday.com
Connect monday.com and import visible boards, items, and users into Agiled.
The monday.com integration is a read-only, one-way import. It creates Agiled projects from monday.com boards and Agiled tasks from their items without changing data in monday.com.
Before You Connect
Use a monday.com account that can see the boards you intend to import. The integration considers every board visible to the authorized account, so remove access to test or private boards that should not be brought into Agiled.
Make sure you are an administrator in the destination Agiled workspace and can open Settings > Apps.
Connect monday.com
- Open Settings > Apps in Agiled.
- Choose Monday.
- Select Connect.
- Choose the monday.com account whose visible boards you want to import.
- Review and approve the requested read-only account, profile, board, and user permissions.
- Return to Agiled and confirm the app is connected.
Run an Import
- Open the connected Monday app in Settings > Apps.
- Select Import.
- Wait for the run to complete.
- Open Productivity > Projects and review the imported projects and tasks.
Run the first import with a small, controlled set of boards when possible. Check project names, task titles, statuses, assignees, start dates, and due dates before importing a larger account.
What Imports
- Visible monday.com boards become Agiled projects.
- Board items become Agiled tasks.
- Supported status, priority, start-date, due-date, and assignee fields are mapped when available.
- monday.com users are linked only when their email matches an existing Agiled teammate. Unmatched users are skipped, and their tasks remain unassigned.
The integration does not currently import updates or files.
Repeat Imports
You can run the import again to bring current values into Agiled. Agiled keeps the provider IDs for imported boards and items, so a repeat import updates the linked records instead of creating another copy.
This is not continuous synchronization. Changes made in Agiled are not sent to monday.com, and provider deletions are not propagated to Agiled.
Current Boundaries
- Import is manual and one-way from monday.com to Agiled.
- Every board visible to the authorized account is considered.
- There is no workspace or board selector.
- There is no outbound Agiled-to-monday.com sync.
- There are no board or item webhooks for continuous updates.
- Updates, files, and provider deletions are not imported.
Disconnect monday.com
Disconnecting revokes the monday.com authorization and removes the encrypted connection credentials from Agiled. Projects and tasks already imported into Agiled remain in the destination workspace.
To reconnect, open Settings > Apps, choose Monday, and complete the authorization flow again.
Troubleshooting
If the connection or import does not complete:
- Confirm you are using the intended Agiled workspace.
- Confirm the connected monday.com account can still see the source boards.
- Review the most recent import run for a specific error.
- Reconnect the app if the authorization has expired or was revoked.
- Run one controlled import before retrying a larger account.
If the problem continues, contact Agiled support with the workspace name, the connected monday.com account, the approximate run time, and the error shown in Agiled. Do not send access tokens or account credentials.
