Marketing App Integrations
Connect marketing tools for audiences, contacts, subscribers, lists, and campaigns.
Marketing integrations help bring campaign and audience data into Agiled.
Use them when your sales or customer-success team needs marketing contact context inside CRM.
Supported Marketing Providers
Agiled's app catalog includes marketing and communication providers such as ActiveCampaign, Lemlist, Mailchimp, Mailshake, Moosend, and SendFox.
Check the provider card before setup. Some providers support OAuth, some use API keys, and some may expose only import-style data instead of two-way sync.
Connect a Marketing App
- Open Settings > Apps.
- Choose the provider.
- Complete OAuth or enter the provider API key.
- Review the object scope.
- Run import if the provider supports it.
- Review recent runs for status and errors.
Use an account that has permission to read the audiences, campaigns, and contact lists your team needs. If the provider account is limited to one brand, workspace, or audience, Agiled can only import what that account can access.
Connect with a provider account that the business can maintain. Personal marketing accounts are risky for long-running CRM context because access can disappear when a teammate leaves.
Common Imported Records
- Audiences or lists
- Contacts or subscribers
- Campaigns
Imported marketing data should support sales and customer-success context. It should not replace the marketing provider as the place where campaigns are designed, scheduled, or sent unless your team has verified that specific provider workflow.
Before Importing
Decide which system should be the source of truth for names, emails, tags, list membership, and consent status. Clean obvious duplicates in the provider before running a large import.
Also review unsubscribe and consent fields before sales outreach uses imported contacts. If a provider tracks consent in a custom way, create the matching Agiled custom attributes before importing so the information is visible.
Review Imported Data
After import, check a small sample of contacts or subscribers. Confirm email addresses, list names, tags, campaign context, and duplicate handling match what your team expects.
If the provider uses marketing consent fields, confirm how those fields are represented before using the data in sales outreach.
Ask sales or customer-success users to review a few imported contacts before expanding the import. They can usually spot whether tags, campaign names, and list context are useful in daily CRM work.
Safe Import Routine
- Connect the provider.
- Import one small audience or the smallest useful date range.
- Review created or updated CRM contacts.
- Check duplicates by email address.
- Confirm list, tag, and consent fields.
- Review the import run for skipped or failed records.
- Expand to larger audiences only after the sample is clean.
Troubleshoot Marketing Imports
- Missing contacts usually mean the connected account cannot access that list or the provider scope is too narrow.
- Duplicate contacts usually mean the provider has multiple records for the same email or Agiled could not match the existing contact.
- Missing tags or consent usually means the provider field was not mapped or the matching custom attribute was not created.
- Failed runs should be reviewed before reconnecting so you do not hide the actual mapping or permission issue.
If outreach should stop for a contact, update the source marketing system and the CRM record according to your process. Imported marketing context should not override consent rules.
