Sign In on Mobile
Connect the mobile app to your Agiled account.
Use mobile sign in when you want the Agiled mobile app to hold a session for your account.
Mobile sign-in is for account access and light mobile use. Use the web workspace for full setup and administration.
Confirm mobile is the right surface for the task. If you need imports, workflow building, reports, finance setup, or bulk editing, use the web app.
Use the same email address you use in the web workspace. A different email can create or open a different account.
- Open the Agiled mobile app.
- Stay on Sign in.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Sign in.
After the session connects, the app shows Mobile session active and displays the signed-in user name or email address.
Confirm the email shown is the same account you use in the web workspace.
If you expected a different workspace, sign out and confirm the email address in the web app before trying again.
Before You Sign In
Make sure your account already exists and has access to the workspace you need. If you were invited by an admin, accept the invitation in the browser first.
If your company uses several workspaces, check the exact email address from the web app. Mobile sessions follow the account, not only the company name.
Switch From Sign Up Back to Sign In
If the app is showing account creation fields, tap Already have an account? Sign in.
Common Validation Messages
- Name is required. appears when you are creating an account and the name field is empty.
- Passwords do not match. appears when the password and confirmation fields differ during account creation.
- Authentication errors from the server appear under the form.
If sign-in fails, test the same email and password on the web sign-in page. That separates mobile app issues from account credential issues.
If You Need Workspace Features
After signing in on mobile, use the web workspace for operational work such as creating contacts, sending invoices, managing tasks, editing docs, uploading files, building workflows, and reviewing reports.
If a feature is missing on mobile, open the web workspace before assuming your role or plan is wrong.
Account Mismatch Checks
If mobile shows the wrong workspace or no workspace, compare the email shown in mobile with the email shown in the web app. Sign out on mobile and sign back in with the account that owns the workspace access.
When To Use The Web App Instead
Use the web app when you need to change workspace settings, manage roles, import data, bulk edit records, build workflows, configure finance, or review reports. Mobile sign-in confirms account access, but many setup and admin actions are designed for the web workspace.
If a teammate reports a missing feature on mobile, confirm whether the feature is expected on mobile before changing their role or plan.
Lost or Shared Devices
If a device is lost, ask a workspace admin to review your team access and rotate your password. If the mobile app was used on a shared device, sign out before returning the device.
Troubleshooting
If sign-in fails on mobile but works on web, update the app, check network access, and try again after confirming the account email.
If the session should no longer be active, sign out inside the mobile app and ask an admin to review workspace access if the device is lost.
