Agiled Docs
Mobile and Desktop

Platform Feature Availability

Know which platform to use for each type of Agiled work.

Agiled's full product surface is the web workspace. The mobile and desktop apps currently provide account access and session connection rather than full module management.

Use this distinction when training teammates. A successful mobile or desktop session confirms account access, but it does not mean every workspace module is available there.

Use this page when deciding where a teammate should complete a task. If the task creates, edits, imports, exports, sends, automates, or reports on workspace data, start from the web app.

Plan Team Workflows

Document web-only workflows in your team process so users do not try to complete finance, CRM, HRM, workflow, report, or integration work from the wrong platform.

For urgent customer work, send teammates a web link to the exact record or section. Mobile and desktop sessions can confirm access, but the web app is the place to make the operational change.

Why Some Features Are Web Only

Many Agiled workflows rely on tables, multi-column detail views, document editors, file previews, workflow canvases, calendar views, and settings panels. Those experiences are documented against the web workspace because that is where the current full module UI exists.

Troubleshooting

If a feature is missing on mobile or desktop, open the same account in the web app and confirm the module is enabled there.

If a user can sign in but cannot access a web module, check organization, membership, role permissions, and enabled modules before treating it as a platform issue.

Choosing The Right Platform

When a teammate asks where to complete work, choose:

  • web app for operational records, setup, reporting, imports, and automation
  • mobile app for mobile session access
  • desktop app for desktop session access

If a task affects customers, finance, HRM, or workflow automation, use the web app.
