Verify Your Email
Confirm your email address with the 6-digit verification code.
Email verification protects your account and helps Agiled send important workspace notifications to the right address.
Verify the email address you actually use for work. This is the address used for security notices, invitations, password recovery, and important workspace messages.
Enter the Verification Code
- Open Verify your email.
- Check the inbox for the email address shown on the page.
- Enter the 6-digit code.
- Submit the form.
When the code is accepted, Agiled refreshes your session and sends you to the next required page.
If the page shows the wrong email address, sign out and sign in with the right account before requesting more codes.
Keep the verification page open while checking your inbox. If you switch accounts or open an old verification link in another browser, you may end up entering a code for the wrong session.
Resend the Code
If the code does not arrive, use Resend code from the verification page. Wait a moment before requesting another code so your inbox has time to receive the email.
Every resend can make older codes invalid. Use the newest email in your inbox and ignore previous verification messages.
Avoid pressing resend repeatedly. Wait for the latest message, then enter the newest code once. Multiple requests can make it difficult to know which code is valid.
If the Code Fails
Check that:
- You are signed in to the same account you are trying to verify.
- You entered the newest code from your inbox.
- The code has not expired.
- The email was not moved to spam or promotions.
Also check company email filtering or quarantine if you use a managed business inbox. If the message is delayed, wait for the newest code instead of trying older messages repeatedly.
After Verification
After verification, continue onboarding, accept your workspace invitation, or open the dashboard depending on your account state. If you still cannot access the expected workspace, confirm that the invitation was sent to the same email address you verified.
If you verified a personal email but the workspace invitation was sent to a work email, ask the workspace owner to invite the correct address or sign in with the invited address. Verification confirms the account; it does not merge separate accounts.
Verify Before Accepting An Invite
When you are joining an existing workspace, verify the same email address that received the invitation. After verification, open the newest invitation email and continue from that link.
If you already have multiple Agiled accounts, sign out before opening the invite. Then sign in with the invited address so the workspace membership attaches to the right account.
Troubleshoot Workspace Access
If verification succeeds but the expected workspace is missing:
- Open the invitation email and confirm the recipient address.
- Confirm the browser session is signed in as that same address.
- Ask the workspace owner to check whether the invite is still pending.
- Request a new invitation if the original invite expired or was sent to the wrong address.
Do not create a new organization just because the dashboard is empty. That can put you in a separate workspace instead of the one your team invited you to.
