Getting Started

Sign In and Reset Your Password

Sign in to Agiled, handle workspace access, and recover a password.

Use the sign-in page when returning to Agiled or when accepting an invitation with an existing account.

Use the same email address and sign-in method you used when the workspace was created or when the invitation was accepted.

If you use both Google sign-in and password sign-in, make sure both methods use the same email address before assuming a workspace is missing.

Most access problems come from using the wrong email, wrong sign-in method, or wrong workspace URL. Check those before creating a new account.

  1. Open the Agiled sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Choose whether to stay signed in.
  5. Select Sign in.

If your account has access to more than one workspace, Agiled routes you to the right workspace context after sign in.

If you land in the wrong workspace, use the workspace switcher before creating a new account.

If you were invited to a specific workspace, open the invitation from the same browser session you plan to use for Agiled. This reduces confusion when another Agiled account is already signed in.

Workspace Access Errors

If you see a message that the account does not have access to the workspace, confirm that:

  • You used the email address that was invited.
  • You are opening the correct workspace URL.
  • An owner or admin has not removed your access.

Ask a workspace owner or admin to resend the invitation if needed.

If your browser is already signed in to another account, sign out or use a private browser window to accept the invitation.

Do not create a second account just to get past an access error. Duplicate accounts can split notifications, assignments, documents, HRM records, and workspace access.

Reset Your Password

Use Forgot password from the sign-in page when you cannot sign in. Agiled sends the password reset flow to the account email address.

After resetting the password, sign in again with the new password.

Use the newest reset email. Reset links expire, and requesting a new reset can make older links invalid.

If your organization uses Google or another OAuth sign-in method, password reset may not change the password for that provider. Use the same sign-in method your workspace expects.

Recovery Checklist

When sign-in fails:

  1. Confirm the email address.
  2. Confirm the sign-in method.
  3. Check whether the account was invited or created directly.
  4. Request one new reset email and use the newest link.
  5. Try a private browser window if another account is signed in.
  6. Ask an owner to confirm workspace membership.

Troubleshooting

If reset emails do not arrive, check the exact email address, spam, promotions, and company mail quarantine.

If sign-in succeeds but the workspace is missing, ask an admin to confirm the member email and invitation status.

When asking for help, include the exact email address you used, the workspace URL you opened, the sign-in method, and the time of the failed attempt. Do not send your password or reset code to support or teammates.

Account Identity Check

Password reset only affects the email-and-password account for that email address. If you normally sign in with Google or another connected provider, use that provider unless your admin asks you to switch methods.

If you were invited to a workspace, use the invited email address exactly. A different email can create a valid account that still has no access to the workspace you need.
