Create Your Account
Sign up for Agiled and choose a secure password.
Create an Agiled account before you set up a workspace. Your account stores your name, email, password, session, organizations, and access to any workspace you join.
Use your real work email when you expect to join an existing company workspace. Invitations, verification, and password recovery depend on that email.
If you were invited by a team, start from the invitation link. It connects the new account to the existing workspace instead of sending you into a new workspace setup.
If you are not sure whether your company already has a workspace, ask an owner before creating a new organization. Duplicate workspaces split records, invitations, billing, and integrations.
Sign Up
- Open the Agiled sign-up page.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Enter a password.
- Confirm the password.
- Review the password strength indicator.
- Select Create account.
Agiled checks that the password confirmation matches and that the password is strong enough before creating the account.
If your company already invited you, open the invitation link first and create the account from that flow.
Do not create a standalone account with a different email if you are trying to join an existing workspace. The invitation and workspace access are tied to the invited email.
Invitation Flow
When you receive an invitation:
- Open the invite from the same email inbox where it arrived.
- Create the account with that invited email address.
- Verify the email if Agiled asks for verification.
- Confirm the expected workspace appears after sign-in.
If the invite opens but does not show the workspace, check whether you are already signed in with another account in the browser.
After Signup
After the account is created, Agiled sends you into the next required step. New users are usually sent to email verification or onboarding before they reach the dashboard.
If you land in onboarding but expected to join a team, confirm you used the same email address that received the invite.
Before creating a new workspace from onboarding, check whether you should switch organizations or accept an invitation instead.
Password Tips
Use a password that is long and unique. Avoid reusing the same password from another app.
If the password strength indicator shows the password is weak, add more words, numbers, or symbols before continuing.
Do not reuse passwords from email, banking, or other business tools. Use a password manager when possible.
After Account Creation
Verify your email, complete onboarding only if you are creating a new workspace, and check Organizations if you expected to join an existing team.
Troubleshooting
If you accidentally create a new workspace, sign out and accept the invitation with the invited email. Ask the workspace admin to confirm which email was invited.
If verification email does not arrive, check spam and company mail filtering, then request a new code or link.
If you created the account with the wrong email, ask the workspace owner for a new invitation rather than trying to reuse another person's invite.
Browser And Password Manager Tips
If your browser autofills another email, clear the field before submitting the signup form. After the account is created, save the new password in your password manager with the same email address you used for Agiled.
If you use Google sign-in in other business apps, decide whether your team wants you to use Google sign-in or password sign-in for Agiled before creating multiple accounts.
