Getting Started

Accept an Invitation

Join an Agiled workspace from an invitation link.

Workspace invitations let owners and admins add teammates to the right organization.

Accept the invite with the same email address that received it. Workspace access is tied to that invited email.

Do not forward invitation links to another person. If someone else needs access, ask an owner or admin to invite that person's own email address.

If you manage multiple email accounts, confirm the invitation address before opening the link. Accepting with the wrong account is the most common reason a workspace appears missing.

Accept the Invite

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Select the invitation link.
  3. Sign in or create an account with the invited email address.
  4. Complete any required email verification.
  5. Continue to the workspace.

If you already have an Agiled account, sign in with the invited email address. If you do not have an account, create one from the invitation flow.

If your browser is already signed in to another Agiled account, sign out first or use a private browser window before opening the invitation link.

If You Already Use Agiled

You can belong to more than one workspace with the same account. After accepting the invitation, use the workspace switcher to confirm you are in the new workspace.

Do not create a second account unless the invitation was sent to a different email address that you intentionally want to use.

After Joining

After accepting the invitation, you can open the workspace dashboard. The pages you see depend on the modules enabled for the workspace and the role assigned to your account.

Confirm the workspace name from the workspace switcher. If a page is missing, ask an admin to review your role and enabled modules before creating a new account.

Complete email verification if prompted. Some workspace access will not continue until the account email is verified.

First Checks After Joining

Open the dashboard, profile menu, and the main module you were invited to use. If something is missing, ask the admin which role you were assigned and whether that module is enabled for the workspace.

Avoid Duplicate Accounts

If the workspace looks empty after accepting an invite, stop before creating records. Check the workspace switcher and signed-in email address first. An empty workspace usually means you are in the wrong organization or signed in with a different account than the one that was invited.

Ask the admin to confirm the accepted invitation email and member record before you create a second account. Duplicate accounts make permissions, assignments, and notifications harder to manage.

If the Invite Does Not Work

Ask an owner or admin to resend the invitation if:

  • The invitation link expired.
  • You used the wrong email address.
  • You no longer have access to the workspace.
  • The browser is signed in to a different account.

Also ask the admin to confirm the invitation status. If it already shows as accepted, the issue may be that you are signing in with a different email.

Troubleshooting

If the link opens the wrong account, sign out and reopen the invitation in a private browser window.

If the invite is expired, ask the admin to resend it instead of creating a new workspace.

Admin Follow-Up

After a teammate accepts, confirm they can open the expected modules and records. If they cannot, review role permissions, enabled modules, workspace membership, and whether they accepted with the invited email.
