Review A Form Detail Page

Use a CRM form detail page to check performance, preview fields, copy links, embed the form, and save templates.

The CRM form detail page is the control page for one form. Use it to review the form summary, preview the public form, check submission count, copy the direct link, copy embed code, open the embed dialog, edit the form, and save the form as a template.

Open a form from CRM > Forms, then select the form name.

Review The Overview

The overview tab shows the current form shape and basic performance:

  • total submissions
  • submission action
  • number of steps
  • number of fields
  • form name and status
  • last updated date
  • notification email
  • redirect URL
  • success message

Use this review before sharing a form publicly. It helps catch inactive forms, missing notifications, wrong redirect URLs, and forms that still have test fields.

Preview The Form

Use the preview tab to inspect what the visitor will see. Check the order of steps, required fields, labels, helper text, field types, and button flow.

Preview is especially important after changing conditional fields, multi-step forms, custom styling, or submission actions. If the form collects sales or support information, submit a test response from the public link before using it in a live campaign.

Review Submissions Count

The submissions tab shows how many responses the form has received. Use it as a quick health check:

  • zero submissions may mean the form is new, inactive, unpublished, or not shared yet
  • an unexpected spike may mean a campaign is live or the form is receiving spam
  • a drop in submissions may mean the embed, redirect, or public link is broken

Open the full submissions list when you need to review individual responses.

Check Details And Sharing

The right side of the form detail view includes form details and sharing tools. Use it to confirm the form slug, status, field definition, public link, and embed code.

Use Copy link when you want to send the form directly. Use Copy embed when the form should be placed on a website. After copying embed code, test the page where it is installed rather than assuming the copy action is enough.

Save As A Template

Save a form as a template when you want to reuse its fields, steps, appearance, and structure for future forms. Give the template a clear name that explains the use case, such as "Lead Intake - Agency" or "Support Request - Website".

Do not save temporary test fields into templates. Clean up labels, required fields, hidden fields, and submission actions first.

Before Sharing A Live Form

  • Form is active.
  • Required fields are correct.
  • Notification email is monitored.
  • Redirect URL or success message is correct.
  • Submission action creates the expected record.
  • Direct link opens in a private browser.
  • Embedded version works on the target website.
  • Test submission appears in Agiled.
