Deal Table and Kanban Views
Review deals in a table or pipeline board.
The deals page supports table and kanban views so your team can work the sales pipeline in the format that fits the job.
Table View
Use table view when you need to search, sort, filter, bulk select, import, or compare many deal fields at once.
Table view is best for cleanup, forecasting review, owner review, and list-based sales operations.
Use table view when you need to update several records, compare values across many deals, or find incomplete data such as missing owner, amount, close date, account, or pipeline.
Before sales reviews, use table view to filter for missing close dates, stale owners, empty values, or deals without a next action. Clean those records before using pipeline totals in reports.
Work With Saved Views
Create or reuse saved views for repeated review routines such as open deals by owner, stale opportunities, renewals due this month, or deals missing close dates. A saved view keeps the team focused on the same slice of the pipeline.
Before applying bulk updates from a saved view, confirm the filters still match the intended records. A changed pipeline, owner, status, or date range can make a saved view broader than expected.
Kanban View
Use kanban view when you need to move deals through pipeline stages. The board groups deals by stage and makes pipeline progress easier to scan.
Drag deals only when the stage change reflects real progress. If the deal needs new close dates, probability, owner, or notes, open the deal and update those fields too.
After moving a deal, add the reason or next step when the change affects forecasting. Stage movement without notes makes later pipeline review harder.
Pipeline Filter
Use the pipeline selector when your workspace has more than one pipeline. Choose the pipeline you want to review before using the board so the stages match the right process.
If a deal appears under the wrong stages, check whether the wrong pipeline is selected or whether the deal itself was assigned to the wrong pipeline.
When switching pipelines, confirm the stage definitions match the sales process being reviewed. Similar stage names in different pipelines can hide process differences.
Saved Preference
The app remembers your chosen view mode locally. If you switch to kanban, the deals page can reopen in kanban on the same browser.
This preference is browser-specific. Another teammate may still see table view, and you may see a different default on another device.
Choose The Right View For The Job
- Use table view for imports, audits, stale-deal cleanup, owner review, and bulk operations.
- Use kanban view for sales standups, stage movement, and visual pipeline review.
- Use reports when you need trend, conversion, or revenue analysis instead of record-by-record updates.
Before Bulk Updating Deals
Bulk edits can quickly correct owners, status, pipeline, stage, or tags, but they can also distort reporting if the selection is wrong. Filter narrowly, select a small reviewed set, and update only fields that should truly apply to every selected deal.
After a bulk edit, refresh the table and spot-check at least one deal detail page to confirm the change saved with the expected context.
