HRM Reports

Review employee, attendance, leave, and payroll metrics.

HRM reports help teams review people operations.

Open HRM Reports

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Choose HRM.
  3. Select the HRM report you need.
  4. Use the report buttons to switch between attendance, leave, payroll, and headcount reports.

Available HRM Reports

  • Attendance summary.
  • Leave summary.
  • Payroll summary.
  • Headcount.

Use the report that matches the review:

  • Use Attendance summary to review check-ins, missing attendance, late marks, and correction patterns.
  • Use Leave summary to understand approved, pending, rejected, and used leave by type or period.
  • Use Payroll summary before or after payroll approval to compare gross, deductions, net pay, and pay-period totals.
  • Use Headcount to review current employee counts by department, position, team, or other configured grouping.

Use HRM Reports For

  • Attendance trends
  • Leave usage
  • Payroll review
  • Employee records
  • Team-level summaries

Use HRM reports to find records that need review, not to edit HR data directly. Open the employee, attendance, leave, or payroll source record when a report total looks wrong.

Before Running HRM Reports

Confirm the HRM source data is ready:

  • employee profiles have current departments, positions, and active status
  • attendance corrections for the period have been reviewed
  • leave requests are approved or rejected instead of left pending
  • holidays and leave types are configured
  • payroll runs are created for the period you want to compare

If source records are still being reviewed, label any export as a working copy.

Read the Data

Attendance and leave reports help managers review people operations by status or type. Payroll reports compare gross and net pay by period. Headcount reports show employee counts by department or another fixed dimension.

Check report periods before comparing numbers. Attendance, leave, and payroll reviews often use different cutoffs, and headcount is a current-state report.

Review Workflow

  1. Choose the HRM report.
  2. Set the date range or report period.
  3. Review summary cards before the table.
  4. Open source records for any unexpected employee, amount, status, or count.
  5. Fix the source HRM record.
  6. Refresh the report.
  7. Export only after the numbers are ready to share.

Do not correct payroll or attendance by editing an exported CSV. The exported file will not update payslips, attendance records, leave balances, or future reports.

Protect HRM Data

HRM reports can include sensitive employee, attendance, leave, and payroll information. Export and share them only with people who should have access to that data.

Delete temporary exports when the review is complete. A CSV outside Agiled is no longer protected by workspace roles.

Turn Findings Into Source Fixes

Use HRM reports to find problems, then correct employee, attendance, leave, holiday, salary, or payroll records in their source screens. Avoid fixing only the exported spreadsheet, because the next report will still show the old issue.

After cleanup, rerun the same report with the same filters and compare the numbers before sharing results.

If Numbers Look Wrong

Check the source area that feeds the report:

  • Attendance issues usually come from missing marks, wrong dates, wrong timezone assumptions, or unreviewed corrections.
  • Leave issues usually come from pending requests, wrong leave type, or a date range mismatch.
  • Payroll issues usually come from missing salary records, adjustments, or a run in the wrong status.
  • Headcount issues usually come from inactive employees, missing departments, or outdated positions.
