Edit and Share Storefronts

Update storefront settings, copy public links, open storefronts, and remove old stores.

The storefront list is where you manage existing public stores.

Treat each storefront as a public sales page. Changes can affect website links, campaigns, customer messages, checkout totals, and invoice creation.

Before editing a storefront that is already public, assume customers may be using the link. Review changes like you would review a live pricing page.

Review Storefronts

Open Commerce > Storefronts. The table shows the storefront name, public path, currency, and active status.

Review storefronts before running campaigns, updating website buttons, or changing product availability.

Check active status, currency, product selection, payment setup, and public link before sending traffic to a storefront.

Copy or Open the Storefront

Use the row actions to:

  • Copy the public storefront link.
  • Open the public storefront in a new tab.
  • Edit the storefront.
  • Delete a storefront that should no longer exist.

After copying the link, open it in a private browser window and confirm the public page shows the expected products, prices, currency, branding, and checkout behavior.

If the storefront is used on your website, update and test the website button or link after changing the public path or active status.

If the storefront is shared in proposals, documents, email templates, or social posts, update those locations too. A copied public link can keep sending buyers to an old offer.

Edit a Storefront

Use Edit when you need to change title, description, sorting, product selection, currency, success behavior, active status, or invoice creation.

Before editing a live storefront, check whether the link is already shared in emails, ads, client messages, proposals, or website buttons.

If you remove products from a live storefront, confirm whether customers still need access to previous offers. If pricing changes, review checkout totals and invoice generation before sharing the link again.

After editing, place a safe test order when the change affects products, currency, payment methods, invoice creation, custom fields, or success behavior.

Sharing Checklist

Before sharing a storefront link:

  1. Open it in a private browser.
  2. Check products, prices, currency, tax, and descriptions.
  3. Confirm checkout fields and payment methods.
  4. Complete a safe test order when payment or invoice behavior changed.
  5. Review the created order in Agiled.

Deactivate vs. Delete

Deactivate a storefront when you want to hide it without losing its setup. Delete only old tests, duplicates, or storefronts that are safe to remove.

Deactivate storefronts during seasonal pauses, inventory cleanup, payment setup issues, or pricing reviews. Deleting is best for test storefronts and mistakes that were never shared.

Before deleting, search for the storefront link in campaign emails, website buttons, proposals, chat messages, and internal docs. Deactivation is safer when the link may already be public.

Troubleshooting

If customers see old products or prices, review the storefront product selection and whether the product data was copied before a catalog update.

If checkout fails, test payment gateway status, currency, product price, and success behavior from the public storefront link.

If customers report different prices than you see in the app, test the public link in a private browser and compare storefront settings with the product catalog.
