Bring documents, forms, service choices, payments, and booking steps into one client journey. Start with a layout, adjust the steps, and preview what your client will see before sharing it.

The builder supports uploaded images, embedded documents, and editable pricing sections. A save reminder helps you keep changes when leaving the builder, and clients can return to an unfinished journey to continue.

Everyday work takes fewer steps

• Build document templates in the full editor. Use the same blocks and editing tools as your documents, making reusable proposals and agreements easier to prepare.
• Add invoice items more easily. Clearer choices help you add a new line or choose an existing item without interrupting invoice preparation.
• Make room for CRM details. Collapse the detail sidebar when you need more space, and create or link contacts from an account.
• Move between records more smoothly. Opening CRM records, lists, and client portal pages requires fewer full-page reloads.

Create a contact from an account or link an existing contact to it. Related records are easier to find from the contact, keeping the people and work for each customer together.

Set defaults once and use them across your work

Expanded settings let you choose defaults for CRM, scheduling, documents, services, files, chat, and time tracking. For example, set a default CRM assignee or document numbering prefix so your team has less to fill in each time.

Checkout and contact rules work as expected

• Avoid accidental duplicate contacts. When duplicate email blocking is enabled, differences in capitalization or surrounding spaces no longer allow the same email address through.
• Keep checkout project creation optional. Turning off project creation for a checkout now prevents an unwanted project from being created when a client pays.
